Night Work and Women Workers
This study was conducted to find out the perception of women workers including that of management regarding night work and its prohibition. It also hopes to document the effects of night work on women workers'health and safety, family life/domestic responsibilities and employment opportunities and draw more appropriate and responsive recommendations for policy modification and/or program innovation.
